Grower Insights Portal

An interactive concept redesign of a field-level agronomy dashboard for a Corteva-style agricultural client: turning yield, weather, and scouting data into a clear visual advisor, plus a filterable product recommendation flow and a small living style guide. Built to mirror the responsibilities in a UX Designer II brief — wireframes to prototype, data translated into design, and documented design standards.

Field dashboard

Raw scouting and weather data doesn't help a grower at a glance — so it's translated into status color, a plain-language alert, and a ranked action, before any numbers show up. Tap a field card to open its detail.

Field cards use color and a single flag label instead of raw sensor numbers, so risk is visible before a grower reads a single figure.

1Status before data. Every field card leads with a color-coded map tile and a one-word flag ("Stressed," "On track") — the number is secondary, confirming what the color already told you.
2One alert, ranked. Instead of a feed of every anomaly, the dashboard surfaces the single highest-priority issue in plain language with a recommended next step.
3Tap a field, get the story. Click any card below to open its detail view with the same visual language, scaled down.

Product advisor

A filterable recommendation flow that maps crop protection products to the field conditions just shown — type the problem or tap a filter, compare fit scores, and send a shortlist to your agronomist.

Fit scores and a "Best for North 40" filter connect the advisor back to the specific field flagged on the dashboard, instead of a generic catalog browse.

1Search or filter, same result set. Free-text search and category chips both filter the same underlying grid live, with no page reload — matching how growers actually think, sometimes by symptom, sometimes by category.
2Fit score, not just a list. Each card surfaces a plain-language relevance percentage tied to the flagged field, so the highest-value option doesn't require reading every card.

Living style guide

A working reference for color, type, and core components — the piece that keeps the dashboard and advisor visually consistent as new screens get added, and the artifact a design team actually maintains over time.

⚠️
Warning tone for anything needing attention this week.
Confirmed tone for on-track or completed states.

Kept as a living reference, not a one-time deliverable — every new screen in the portal pulls from this same token set.

This concept demo was built to mirror a specific UX Designer II brief: translating field-level analytics into visual guidance, a filterable product-recommendation flow, and a documented, evolving style guide across a multi-screen product.
